    My Country Is Legal, How’s The Process?
    That would be easy for us and you! Just proceed with your order and we’ll take care of the rest. We can add any supporting documents along with your parcel. For example, the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Certificate Of Origin (COO) and General Certificate of Conformity (GCC).

    My Country Is Illegal, Is It Still Possible For Me To Get E-Juice?
    Yes, we do ship our products to illegal countries. We will proclaim your shipment other than e-cig product or e- juice or vape flavor. You can also suggest what you want to declare your consignment in the order note. But we will not take responsibility or refund your loss if the consignment(s) are not released by the custom.


    Do I Need To Register To Shop?
    Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have with us your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, and payment status.

    What Do I Do If I Have Forgotten My Password Or My Password Does Not Work?

    How Do I Look For An Item On enddistribution.com?
    There are several ways to browse enddistribution.com. Simply click on the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit specific categories. To view the latest collections, find the section with NEW! bubble. Within each category you can further refine your search. If you are looking for a specific item, you may use our search box in order to find products by name, color, category or style. Shop can be accessed via mobile, tablet and PC.

    How Do I Place An Order?
    First step is to register with us as a member by clicking here.
    All you need to do now is browse! You can search for something specific by using the search bar or if you’re looking for a particular type of item you can browse by category located along the top of the page.Our latest items are located under the section with NEW! bubble.
    Once you have found the item you want, click on the ADD TO CART button.
    You can either click on the ‘Continue shopping’ button or review the items in your cart by clicking on‘View cart & checkout’.
    If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. If you have a discount code you’d like to use, key it in the box provided before checking out.

    What Do I Do If There’s A Problem With My Order?

    What Are Your Standard Terms & Conditions For Sales Using Codes?
    Applicable once only in a single receipt.
    Discount codes cannot be combined.
    Cash vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
    EndDistribution has the rights to amend their terms & conditions at any time.

    What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
    You can either pay by:
    Visa, Mastercard & American Express
    If you check out in a currency other than your credit card’s currency, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.

    If you pay through PayPal, PayPal will provide automatic currency conversion based on the current rate for USD. Kindly note PayPal’s currency conversion fee is added to the exchange rate, set by an external financial institution. Contact PayPal directly for more details regarding how they determine their currency conversion rates and fees.

    Can I Cancel My Order?
    No, you cannot cancel your order. Please think thoroughly before you put an order.

    How Do I Add An Item To My Order After Checking Out?
    You will need to make a separate order altogether.

    I Received My Order, But One Of Them Is Missing. What Do I Do?
    We are terribly sorry about that! Please email us your order ID and the item you did not receive to customerservice@enddistribution.com or WhatsApp us.

    I’ve Received An Incorrect Item In My Order.
    We are terribly sorry about that! Please email us your order ID and the item you did not receive to customerservice@enddistribution.com. You will then need to return the incorrectly received item back to us. Refer the return section for information on how to return an item.

    Do You Restock Items?
    Some items are restock able. Whenever we get a restock, we will usually announce it in our website, Instagram account and Facebook fan page, so it’s good to check frequently.

    Can You Let Me Know When An Item Has Been Restocked?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to do so. Sorry! We usually announce restocked items in our website, Facebook fan page and Instagram account, so don’t forget to subscribe and check frequently!

    Can I Cancel My Order?
    No, you cannot cancel your order. Please think thoroughly before you put an order.


    Where Do You Deliver?
    We offer shipping worldwide! Including the illegal countries.

    How Much Does Shipping Cost?
    We offer free shipping to anywhere in Malaysia via GDex.

    We highly recommend Aramex Express for worldwide shipping since it’s a table rate based on weight. We will update your tracking number after your shipment has been received by the courier service. Please visit http://www.aramex.com for more information.

    How can I track my shipment?
    We use the Aftership tracking system that automatically track and update the consignment status to buyer via email & mobile phone.

    Can I use Shop & Ship by Aramex?
    Absolutely! But here are some of the rules set by Aramex Malaysia:
    The shipment will take 10-25 working days to arrive.
    Aramex will provide your tracking number before they shipped out your parcel.
    *We will not be responsible for any delay after your parcel has been sent to Aramex Malaysia.

    How Long Does Delivery Take?
    Local delivery is within 1 to 3 working days. International delivery will take 7 – 10 working days. We will not be responsible for any delay of delivery.
    *You will receive an update on the tracking number via email that you’ve provided during checkout.

    Has My Order Been Shipped Out Yet?
    Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tab on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk or Spam Mail in case it’s there!

    Oops! The item I received is faulty!
    We apologize profusely for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately.
    Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and send to  customerservice@enddistribution.com.

    I received an incorrect item.
    Do let us know immediately via email at customerservice@enddistribution.com along with your order ID and we’ll get it sorted out for you.

    An item is missing from my order.
    Oh no! But not to worry! Send an email to customerservice@enddistribution.com with your order ID and we’ll have it shipped out to you ASAP!

    Why I haven’t receive my parcel?
    If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest courier service office to you or sent back to us.

    Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
    All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Enddistribution has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.

    Are items in my cart reserved for me?
    Putting an item into your cart does NOT reserve or hold that item for you. Until you proceed to checkout and make payment, or else that item will be available to other buyers. Many items are available in limited quantities, so an item may sell out before you checkout.

    Can I choose Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Kindly note that Cash on Delivery is not available.


    Is E-Juice halal?
    E-Juice does not contain any illegitimate ingredients so you’re safe to smoke it.

    Can I vape if I’m nursing or pregnant?
    E-Juice may contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. This product contains chemicals known to the State of Malaysia to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Do not use if nursing or pregnant. Do not drink. Keep out of reach of children.

    What should I do if I notice unusual condition on my skin/eyes?
    E-Juice is only for use in Electronic Cigarettes. Our bottles are tamper resistant and has a childproof cap. If skin contact occurs, rinse well with soap and water. If eye contact occurs, flush eyes with water. Call a Poison Control Center if you require additional assistance.


    Can I Exchange/Return An Item That I Bought In End Distribution Or Online To Any Store?
    Returns are not accepted. We only allow for exchanges for defective products.

    I Have Been Refunded The Incorrect Amount?
    Do email us at customerservice@enddistribution.com and we will update your refund accordingly.

    I Reported A Defected Item And It Was Incorrectly Refunded Or Replaced?
    Do email us at customerservice@enddistribution.com and we will check on your orders accordingly.
