Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. However, for sanitary reasons, we can not accept any returns on e-Liquids. If you have experienced a situation that you feel needs to be addressed, please use the ‘Submission’ form in order to let us know and we will be back in contact with you as quickly as possible.
Damaged and Broken
Please understand that we take great care and forethought in wrapping and packaging your product for shipment. Even so, once the package leaves our facility, we no longer have control or responsibility for the care taken to deliver it to you. If you receive a package that contains damaged or broken product, we apologize and ask that you take advantage of the free insurance provided on your shipment. We ask that you please take time to ensure that the order you place has the correct nicotine strength and bottle size selected before placing that order. We have purposefully made these selections a required field in order to ensure that you take a moment to verify that what you are ordering is what you would like to buy. Please understand that once your order is placed into the system, it can not be changed. We have found that when these changes are made after the order is placed, it leads to confusion and mistakes and this works against the efficiency of shipping and can degrade the overall user experience for any website. Please, take a moment to double check your order selections and options before placing the order.
We allow returns on unused/unopened merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date. You can send back the item (s) to us to receive a refund equal to the total amount paid, minus the 40% restocking fee and shipping cost. If you cancel your order before it’s shipped, NO restocking fee will be applied. Missing/Broken items MUST be reported within 72 hours from the delivery date. For merchandise that failed to deliver to consignee due to “held in customs”, “confiscated by customs”, “unacceptable items” due to products restriction or banned items at that particular countries, we are not responsible for any consequences and customers are held full responsible for any cost of lost amount. We have the right to refuse returns/refunds if our policy is not followed.
