WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
New memberships begin processing immediately upon sign up, and your first order will leave our warehouse shortly after (usually between 1-3 business days).
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY RECURRING SHIPMENTS?
Your recurring billing date is determined by your original sign up date. For example if you joined on the 1st, your next shipment will be billed and processed on the 1st of the following month and so on. If you join on the 10th of the month, then your next shipment will be billed and processed on the 10th of the following month and so on.

Can I Exchange/Return An Item That I Bought In A End Distribution Or Online To Any Store? Returns are not accepted. We only allow for exchanges for defective products.
